  Our experience at sears outlet was great. Scott the manager that helped us get our appliance went above and beyond. We would highly recommend this store and Scott. Thank you for helping us.   I ordered a sectional on Dec 1st 2017. I was told 2to 4 weeks for delivery. It is now Jan 10th 2018 and still no furniture. I called and was told it would be in on the 8th of Jan. No call no furniture. I called again was put on hold for 15minutes and then someone hung up on me. I called back and was told the guy who was supposed to be helping me was busy with a customer and they would call me back. Yeah right!!! Some customer service!!!
