  Cheap oil change but they don't even top off any fluids. My coolant, power steering and brake fluid where all below the minimum level and I got my oil changed last week.

  Untrustworthy staff is untrustworthy. Went in for an oil change, the staff seemed friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had no up front reason to not do business here, it looked promising! Fast forward two months, I've been nowhere else for service since this oil change, a bulb goes out and today I went to replace it. That's when I discovered that the factory emblem from my engine cover was missing. There are obvious marks from where it was pryed off with presumably a flat head screwdriver. I have no reason to lie about an issue like this so I called them up seeking reimbursement, that's when I talked to Cody who swears up and down that their guy (Garrett) who did the oil change would absolutely not do something like this. Now I remind you, I had not been ANYWHERE else for service and no one including myself has been under the hood of my vehicle for any reason since, and I had planned to go back here for another service. When I said I had no intention of returning here for service that's when the offer to replace the emblem was pulled from the table. Which mind you, who would want to go back to a place when something like this happens to their vehicle. I get that teams have complete trust of their colleagues in many places and lines of work, but the kid doing the oil change was probably in his early to mid 20s and I can't put something like this past him. Sorry Garrett, but I don't trust you. Nor do I trust the ethics of this business going forward and suggest you re-evaluate your trust level with your staff. I mean look at your existing reviews. I should have taken heed to them before I went there but I figured since they were all towing related negative reviews the chance was worth taking on service. My bad, won't make that mistake again. TLDR; They steal things from customers cars and then lie about it because they "KNOW" their guy wouldn't do that. I will not recommend this place of business to ANYONE I know.
